Martijn Lauxtermann
An attorney since 1990, Martijn Lauxtermann is a well-regarded specialist in liability, damages and insurance law.
Martijn advises companies and insurers on complex claims and disputes. He provides support to professionals in disciplinary and liability matters. Martijn furthermore advises and litigates on disputes about insurance, mortgage and credit products and portfolios.
