Areas of Law

The attorneys named below are registered in the register of legal practice areas of the Dutch Bar Association for the following principal (and secondary) areas of law:

a. Mr M.R. Lauxtermann LLM insurance law (principal legal practice area);
b. Mr A. Hedeman LLM property law and construction law (principal and secondary legal practice areas);
d. Mr A.G. Joxhorst LLM health law (principal legal practice area);
e. Mr A.J. Zijlstra LLM health law (principal legal practice area);
f. Mr G.H. Nagel: property law and construction law (principal and secondary legal practice areas);
g. Mr D.E. Thiescheffer: personal injury law (principal legal practice area).

The Dutch Bar Association requires registered to obtain ten training points every calendar year for every principal legal practice area for which they have been registered.
